Here are the differences:
Magical Massage Serum was one of the first products in our Potions line. At the time, we did not have a full-body lotion or cream. Many patients and clients started using the Massage Serum as an all-over body moisturizer in lieu of lotion.
When I realized they were doing this, I formulated the Balancing Body Serum as an alternative.
The Magical Masage Serum was formulated for Therapeutic Massage / at home massage and as a muscle/joint rub. It was specifically designed NOTto soak in rapidly so that the therapist would not have to continuously apply. It also has a certain "slip" flor massage. Remember that all of the Potions were formulated in the clinical setting, originally sold only out of my office to patients, and used for very specific purposes in the scheme of the patient problems.
The Massage Serum has specific herbs - Arnica for pain and bruising, and Calendula for topical healing. Some people are sensitive to Arnica, so those folks should choose the Body Serum instead
The Balancing Body serum does not have herbs, soaks in quickly (a "dryer" oil), and has many nutrients inheirant in the oils, such as Omegas, Vitamin E, and Chlorophyll.
>> Provides more moisturizing than Lotion Potion - many folks add a squirt to their Lotion Potion and apply both together, especially during the winter.
For problematic dry skin, try the Whipped-Shea Sugar Scrub.
